I love Laura and Joel. Laura is the sweetest most excitable person I have ever met and Joel is so cool and relaxed.  They truly are a perfect match and compliment each other completely.

In true Laura fashion, she did not want a traditional engagement session. They wanted to jump in the car and see where the wind would take us. They were game for anything! We stopped at so many random locations that gave us such organic and beautiful scenery. Laura’s dress was absolute perfection against the harshness of the desert – and Joel’s jacket was so dapper!

Like I have said before – small props can totally enhance the engagement session experience. Laura had just come from her floral showing with The Flower Studio and brought a gorgeous protea with her that added so much color and desert flair.

As the evening went on- a small storm swept through in the distance – giving us a very dramatic sky. I typically focus on more romantic and dreamy light- bit couldn’t help but capture this true Arizona moment.

Im so happy for this couple and cannot wait for their October wedding! Xoxo
