Hi, I’m Elyse. One of the things I fell in love with about weddings is how much is happening all at once—the people you love in one place, the little moments between them, the laughter, the things you planned for months and the things you never could have planned at all.

It’s easy to take the photograph everyone expects... but I’m also paying attention to everything happening just outside it. The reaction across the table. The side conversation. The person laughing before they realize I’m there.

I’ll step in when a photograph needs direction and give the moment room when it doesn’t. I want you present with your people, while I pay attention to everything unfolding around you.

I also feel incredibly lucky to have the greatest team with me on your day. More often than not, my husband, Jeff, is there photographing alongside me. We’ve done this together long enough that we can practically read each other’s minds, which means while I’m focused on one moment, he is often catching another somewhere else.

At the end of it all, I want you to have photographs that bring you right back—to what it looked like, how it felt, who was there, and all the little things happening around you while you were busy living it.
