Chicago is such a lovely city. The streets are charming, quant and very cozy. Alisa and David’s Chi-Town session was such a different version of Chicago than I have previously had. We focused on the side streets, skyline and little alcoves that were particularly special to them and their love story. I absolutely love seeing different locations through the lens of my clients love stories. What a unique way for me to get to know different cities and locations, I just love it!

Walking the streets of Chicago although extremely lovely was hot and humid, the HOT aspect of the shoot is something I am use to living in Arizona; but the humid aspect not so much! We were all super sweaty but thankfully you cannot tell from the photos, Alisa and David are serious troopers.

We finished our shoot on top of Alisa’s aunt and uncles gorgeous roof top deck. Their rooftop was complete with lush foliage as well as a spectacular view of the city skyline! Wow, this view was pure Chicago perfection. I loved seeing Chi – Town through Alisa and David’s eyes. It was such a unique experience. I have always been an East Coast / West Coast girl (I am a summer east coaster) but after this trip to Chicago it stole a little piece of my heart!
